Question: Can I have someone else pick up my item for me?

Answer: Yes, they would just need to give your name and invoice number on arrival.

 

Question: If I win an item on the next auction can I add that item to this pick-up?

Answer: Yes, our reporting automatically adds all newer invoices to scheduled pick-ups. We prefer that everything is picked up at the same time.

 

Question: If I'm running late for my scheduled time, do I need to select a new time?

Answer: No, we are very flexible on pick-up times. We pull all items for the scheduled pick-ups in the morning. Being on time is preferred, but not necessary.

 

Question: I missed my pick-up time, what do I do now?

Answer: Please schedule a new time using the link on our home page.

 

Question: Can I get more information on one of the lots?

Answer: Most items will have a product URL in the description that will give more information about the item.

 

Question: I did a buy it now, how come I didn't receive an invoice?

Answer: Buy it now invoices are created when the final item on that auction is sold.  This happens so any other items bought on that auction can be put on the same invoice.  NativeBid can manually push the invoice through, if you would like to pick up early.

 

 

Question: How do I update my credit card?

Answer: Credit card information can be updated at My Account>My Account Home>Credit Cards

 

 

Question: My payment failed, how do I pay it now?

Answer: You can find your unpaid invoice as My Account>My Account Home>Invoices.  You would then select your unpaid invoice and select "Checkout".  You can then pay with your new credit card.
